When you complete our enquiry form or contact us by telephone or email, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number (if provided)

Information collected automatically
Our website may collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.
Programme notes
During programme delivery, coordinators may make brief administrative notes to track progress and adjust the plan. These notes are used solely for coordination purposes and are not shared with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and describe which programme may suit your household
- Schedule and deliver programme sessions
- Send administrative communications relating to your programme
- Improve our website and services based on aggregated usage data
- Comply with legal obligations under Malaysian law
We do not use your personal information for marketing communications unless you have specifically asked to receive updates from us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Legal basis: Processing is based on your consent (where you submit an enquiry form), on the performance of our agreement with you (where you engage a programme), and on our legitimate interests in operating the business appropriately.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We may use third-party services to host our website or process enquiry forms. These providers are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by Malaysian law or a valid legal process.
No programme notes or client information is shared with financial advisers, solicitors or other professionals on your behalf without your explicit instruction.
5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry information for up to 12 months following your last contact with us, in case you wish to return to the conversation. If you engage a programme, we retain administrative records relating to the programme for up to 24 months from programme completion, after which they are securely deleted. Programme notes made during delivery are deleted at programme close.
You may request deletion of your information at any time — see section 7 below.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. These steps include:
- Secure email and document handling practices
- Access to client information limited to the coordinator working with your household
- No retention of original documents — all materials remain in your possession
- Digital files established on your own devices, not on Silverfile systems
In the unlikely event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify you without undue delay and take steps to mitigate the impact.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Department of Personal Data Protection Malaysia (pdp.gov.my).
