What we offer

Three ways to work together

Each programme is designed around your household's own pace and level of involvement. All content is educational and administrative. Nothing we do touches regulated matters or replaces the guidance of a qualified professional.

A quiet desk setting for a consultation

Orientation Consultation

A calm ninety-minute conversation to understand what keeping retirement paperwork in order actually involves, before you decide whether to do anything at all. Educational and informational only.

  • One 90-minute session, in person or by video
  • Example document map included
  • Printed category guide
  • Written session summary
RM 480 Enquire
Folders and documents being sorted on a table

Guided Filing Programme

A six-week programme where you keep your own papers in your own hands. A coordinator meets you weekly, sets one small piece of work, and adjusts the plan with you. Structure and steady rhythm, nothing more.

  • 6 sessions of 60 minutes over 6 weeks
  • Weekly plan and template pack
  • Open-questions list for professionals
  • Completed document map at close
RM 1,450 Enquire
Neatly arranged archive boxes on shelves

Legacy Records Programme

A four-month programme that turns your household's entire administrative history into one navigable archive — retirement paperwork, property records, memberships, correspondence — that any family member can open and understand.

  • Up to 16 sessions over 16 weeks
  • Inventory, indexed archive, labelled physical set
  • Orientation document and open-questions register
  • Two walkthroughs plus final review
RM 4,700 Enquire

Why this matters

What unhurried support looks like in practice

Most households reach retirement age with paperwork spread across drawers, folders and email threads — accumulated over decades. We do not judge the state things are in. We simply start where you are.

No pressure to act

We begin with an orientation session precisely so you can understand the landscape before deciding whether further support would be useful. Nothing is pre-sold.

Clear scope, honest limits

Every programme includes an open-questions register — a written list of anything that should go to a qualified professional. We are clear about where general information ends.

Family-ready outcomes

An organised archive is one that another family member can navigate on their own. We write orientation documents and naming conventions with exactly that in mind.

Your papers stay with you

We do not take custody of original documents. The archive we establish lives on your own devices and in your own home. We show you the system; you own it entirely.

Publicly sourced reference material

When explaining how retirement schemes present their own paperwork, we work only from publicly published material. No interpretation of entitlements, no commentary on regulated matters.

Adapted to each household

A coordinator adjusts the pace, the categories and the depth of each session to match where a household actually is — not a generic checklist applied without thought.

Not sure where to begin? That is exactly what we are here for.

The orientation session is designed for households who want to understand what is involved before committing to anything. Ninety minutes. No expectation to proceed.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

A few questions we are often asked, answered as plainly as we can.

What exactly is general information about retirement paperwork — and what falls outside your scope?

We explain categories of documents Malaysian households typically encounter — EPF statements, pension correspondence, property certificates and so on — using publicly available material. We do not comment on your entitlements, calculate what you are owed, advise on transfers or withdrawals, or offer any opinion on regulated financial matters. Anything of that kind goes on the open-questions list we produce for you to take to a qualified professional.

Do you take my original documents away to work on them?

No. Your original documents remain in your possession throughout. In the Legacy Records Programme we scan and index on your premises or by arrangement; the resulting archive is established on your own devices and storage. We leave with nothing that belongs to you.

How long does it take before I see any result?

The Orientation Consultation is a single ninety-minute session — you leave with an understanding of the work involved and a printed category guide. The Guided Filing Programme runs over six weeks, with one small piece of work each week. The Legacy Records Programme takes four months and produces a fully indexed archive. Each programme is deliberately paced rather than rushed.

Is this suitable if my paperwork is in a very disorganised state?

That is the situation most households arrive in, and it is precisely what these programmes are for. There is no threshold of tidiness required to begin. The coordinator's job is to start where you are, not where a tidy household might be.

Can a family member attend sessions with me?

Yes. Many households find it helpful to have an adult child or trusted family member present, particularly if that person is likely to use the archive in future. We are happy to include family members in any session by prior arrangement.

Are the sessions available in Bahasa Malaysia?

Sessions are conducted in English. If you would prefer to discuss materials in Bahasa Malaysia, please mention this when you enquire and we will let you know whether a suitable coordinator is available for your chosen programme.

How is the fee paid, and what happens if I need to reschedule?

We will share full payment and scheduling terms when you enquire. As a general note, we ask for reasonable notice of any changes and we extend the same courtesy to you. We do not impose penalties for rescheduling with sufficient notice.
